Cubitron Messaging brings customer conversations into a single web inbox and prepares a suggested reply for every incoming message. That suggestion never goes out on its own: an operator from the business reads it and approves, edits or rejects it. The team answers quickly, while keeping full control over what is sent on the company's behalf.
The product integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to receive and send messages, and includes a website chat widget powered by the same knowledge base. Cubitron S.R.L. develops and operates the product for the businesses that use it.
How it works
From the message received to the reply sent, in four steps — with a mandatory human approval in the middle.
01.The message lands in the inbox
The customer writes to the business on WhatsApp or through the chat widget on its website. The message appears immediately in a web inbox, grouped by conversation, where any operator of the business can pick it up.
02.AI suggests a reply
Based on the business's own content and on the canned answers it has configured, the system drafts a suggested reply to the incoming message.
03.The operator decides
The operator reads the suggestion and approves it, edits it, or rejects it and writes the reply themselves. No message reaches the customer without this human confirmation.
04.The reply goes out on WhatsApp
The approved reply is delivered to the customer through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), in the same conversation, and remains visible in the inbox history.
